pomegranate and feta salad

My Greek Pomegranate salad

1 large pomegranate
Large handful of mixed sprouts
chopped corriander leaves
crumbled feta
½ lemon and olive oil to dress.
Cut pomegranate in half and bash the back of the fruit to release the seeds into a bowl.
Add the other ingredients and toss with lemon and oil.
Dedicate the experience to finding balance and enjoy.
